Oasis of Love International center for Women and Children (OLIC) provides an avenue for youths and women to showcase their skills and earn a living. Through this group called "Flare" OLIC advertises the  skills acquired by youths and women under the Skill Acquisition Program on Social Media, follow up with their progress, and think of a way forward for each member.
